August 22, 2025 – In line with the global trend of carbon neutrality and ESG development, our brand officially announced the adoption of a new eco-friendly manufacturing process for our commercial 4-way system air conditioners, marking a breakthrough in our commitment to environmental protection and sustainable development.
After rigorous testing and certification by TÜV Rheinland, a global authoritative testing organization, our new manufacturing process has reduced carbon emissions per commercial 4-way AC unit to 14.85 kilograms of CO₂ equivalents. The core improvement lies in the adoption of innovative foaming injection molding technology, which injects nitrogen gas into the mold to form bubbles in the material, reducing plastic usage by approximately 900 grams per unit. Additionally, we have replaced traditional ABS plastic with polypropylene (PP), a material with a lower carbon footprint, further reducing environmental impact.
These eco-conscious innovations are expected to reduce our annual plastic consumption by about 270 tons and cut CO₂ emissions by over 4,400 tons—equivalent to the carbon absorption of a 30-year-old pine forest covering more than 580 soccer fields in one year. We also plan to gradually expand this green manufacturing process to our residential air conditioner models, further integrating sustainability into the entire product lifecycle.
“Sustainability is not just a corporate responsibility but also a core driving force for product innovation,” said our sustainability director. “By optimizing manufacturing processes and using eco-friendly materials, we are committed to providing high-performance commercial air conditioning solutions while minimizing environmental impact, helping global customers achieve their green operation goals.”
